Membership Terms – draft
This is a public draft for information purposes, not a final membership agreement. Before paid memberships commence, the missing amounts, membership duration, notice period, and contact details will be determined and aligned with the statutes and membership regulations of Djamanti Creation.
- Registration: your membership begins on the date stated in your registration confirmation.
- Payment obligation: by becoming a member, you commit to paying the agreed-upon contribution for the duration of your membership. This contribution remains due even if you temporarily do not attend activities.
- Direct debit: you provide a valid authorization and ensure sufficient funds are available. If a direct debit fails, we will contact you to arrange payment.
- Duration and cancellation: the membership is valid for [duration], with a notice period of [term]. Cancellation can be done via [email address or form]. You will receive a confirmation stating the end date.
- Stopping direct debit: withdrawing the authorization or reversing a payment does not in itself constitute a cancellation. Any rightfully due contribution remains payable.
- Activities and discounts: for each activity, we will specify the member rate, any additional costs, and the conditions for participation. Registration remains necessary if the number of places is limited.
- Conduct: we expect respect for one another, our culture, and the agreements within the organization.
- Active participation: those participating in singing, dancing, or performances will also make agreements regarding rehearsals, attendance, and tasks.
- Personal data and photos: in our privacy statement, we explain how we use data. Consent for the use of recognizable photos for promotional purposes is handled separately.
